Cleaning Services
NDIS Property Cleaning
Supported accommodation is somebody's home, and it needs to be clean on a reliable schedule rather than whenever someone can get to it. NMG provides routine property cleaning for NDIS-related accommodation, scoped and scheduled with the provider who manages the property.
Overview
What this service involves
A substantial part of NMG's cleaning work is routine cleaning in NDIS-related residential properties — supported independent living homes and shared residential settings. The work is ordinary property cleaning, done to a documented scope on a consistent schedule, in homes where consistency matters more than almost anywhere else.
Scope is agreed with the accommodation provider or property manager: which areas are included, which are left to residents or support staff, and what happens in bedrooms and personal spaces — bedroom cleaning only within the scope that has been agreed. Staff are briefed on household routines, access and privacy expectations before attending, and attend at times that suit the household rather than the roster.
To be clear about what this service is: this is property cleaning. It is not disability support, personal care, or a clinical service, and it does not replace any part of a participant's support arrangements.

- Multiple properties under one arrangement with one coordinator
- One-off deep cleans between residents or before an inspection
What to know
NMG provides property cleaning services for NDIS-related accommodation. It is not an NDIS-registered provider, and nothing here should be read as NDIS endorsement, registration, or advice on funding eligibility. NMG does not provide disability support, personal care, clinical cleaning, or infection-control-certified services. Whether cleaning can be paid for from a participant's plan is a matter for the participant, their representative, or their plan manager to determine.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is NMG an NDIS-registered provider?
No. NMG provides property cleaning services for NDIS-related accommodation. It is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and does not provide disability support or personal care.
Can cleaning be paid for from a participant's NDIS plan?
That depends on the participant's plan and how it is managed, and it isn't something NMG can determine. The participant, their representative, or their plan manager is the right person to confirm it. NMG invoices the party who arranges the cleaning.
Will bedrooms be cleaned?
Only where that is within the scope agreed with the provider or property manager. Personal spaces are treated carefully, and the boundaries are set before the first visit rather than decided on the day.
Will the same cleaners attend each time?
Continuity is prioritised wherever rostering allows, because familiarity matters in a home. Where a different cleaner attends, the documented scope and the site briefing mean the work is still done the same way.
Can you clean several of our properties?
Yes. Multiple properties can sit under one arrangement with one coordinator and consolidated scheduling, which is usually simpler than managing a separate cleaner at each address.
