Property Maintenance
Rubbish Removal
Rubbish is usually the thing standing between a property and being presentable. Removal is arranged as a single job — loaded, taken away, and the area left clear — rather than something you organise a skip and a weekend for.
Overview
What this service involves
Most rubbish removal jobs fall into one of two shapes: a property that needs clearing out, or a site that needs to look presentable again. A vacated tenancy with furniture left behind, an office refit with old workstations stacked in a corner, a build with offcuts and packaging across the slab, a garage that's been accumulating for years.
The work is the clearance and the presentation together: items removed, the area swept and left clear, and the property handed back in a state you can show someone. Where a clearance is part of a larger reset, it is commonly booked with a clean, a pressure wash of the hard surfaces, or both.

Arrangements
One-off or ongoing
How the work is usually arranged. Nothing here is a fixed package — the scope is written around the property.
- One-off removal — a single load through to a full cleanout
- Recurring clearances for sites that accumulate waste
- Clearance scheduled against a vacate or handover date
- Combined with cleaning and pressure washing as one property reset
What to know
Asbestos, hazardous materials, chemicals, and other regulated waste streams are not handled — those require specialist licensed removal and disposal, and we'll tell you if what's on site falls into that category rather than take it away. Items are disposed of through appropriate waste and recycling facilities.

- Honest about what we can't take — regulated waste is referred to licensed specialists
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do you take everything in one visit?
Usually, yes — the load is sized against what's on site when we quote. For large cleanouts it may be staged across visits, which is confirmed up front rather than discovered on the day.
Can you remove asbestos or hazardous waste?
No. Asbestos, chemicals and regulated waste need a licensed specialist. If we identify something in that category on site, we'll tell you and leave it rather than move it.
Can you clear a property between tenancies?
Yes — vacant-property and between-tenancy cleanouts are common work, and they pair naturally with an end-of-lease clean so the property is handed back in one go.
Do you remove construction rubbish?
Yes, non-hazardous construction rubbish, offcuts, packaging and general site debris — either as a one-off or progressively through a build.
